A Nuclear Engineer who knits? Wednesday, June 27, 2007. Still in Boston; Hogwarts Sock Swap Questionarre. 1What Hogwarts house have you been sorted into? 2 List your favorite double-point needle brands, including size and length. Or would you prefer circulars? I like all the bamboos regardless of brand. 3 Would you like to try a new brand needle? If so, which brand? I’m open to anything; I’m always looking for new sock needles. 4 If you are a RAVENCLAW, do you prefer the colors in the film or the book?

I want to send a big THANK YOU to my Secret Pal 11 Secret Pal. You totally rock! Thanks for the stitch markers on my birthday and for sending my first package early to cheer me up. 1 What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like? 2 What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?

http://nukeknitter.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
A Nuclear Engineer who knits? Wednesday, January 31, 2007. I don't have any pictures for you. I'm still plodding along on the hourglass (and I'm gonna have that sucka done by the end of the of the weekend or my name ain't whatever it is.). I do have three exciting things to talk about. 1) I got my first un-provoked compliment on a knitted object. (Fetching if you must know.) It was quite nice to answer with "Thank you, I made them.". I have to go put on my Yoga Toes. Posted by pantoufle @ 9:48 PM. I went...

Nuke Knitter: May 2007
http://nukeknitter.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html
A Nuclear Engineer who knits? Monday, May 28, 2007. Last night I got a bug up my but and organized my stash. I went through the house and picked up all the wayward balls and needles. I'm surprised that my whole stash fit in a single tub. Organizing my stash left me with a question. What should I do with all my half balls of yarn? I finally got around to frogging my Mud Flap Girl Tank. It's been kicking around for almost a year and had so much dust and dog hair on it I had to wash it first. Is one of my s...

Nuke Knitter: February 2007
http://nukeknitter.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
A Nuclear Engineer who knits? Tuesday, February 27, 2007. I finished the third washcloth for my MIL last night. You can't tell form the picture, but it has the same wave pattern as the one I made for myself a month ago. My husband swears that she's going to love all the variegated color ones, but I never like them as much because they don't really show off the patterns that well. Has anyone else been finding little plastic stitch markers all over their house? Posted by pantoufle @ 10:07 PM. Guess what sh...

A Nuclear Engineer who knits? Sunday, April 29, 2007. I got a lot done on Sahara today at Sit'N'Stitch. I'm about half way to where I was when I frogged. It yesterday. However, the most exciting. News is I'm got tickets to see The Police in Louisville on July 14 th. I'm so excited, my husband is mildly amused. I also have a huge painful zit. On the side of my nose.
