Wednesday, May 6, 2009. As if it couldn't get any worse, I get ants. And not just in the expected places, but in really fricken weird places. I've got ants living behind every sink in my apartment, in my food pantry (naturally), in my fridge (! As I like to do) showing pictures of ants in weird places. My favorite is of the dead ants in the pancake syrup; it was sealed, and I have no clue how they got into the bottle. Thank goodness I checked out the waffle I was about to eat before I bit into it!

Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Just about a month after moving in my apartment was subject to water-leaks and subsequently mold. The water leaks are talked about in detail on another post, but the one that led to the most horrid mold problem was the outright neglect in exhaust drainage from the adjacent air-conditioning unit into my water heater closet (i.e. the Block's fault, and the inspectors for not catching it). 2 They read my meter and neglected to report the mold (because how do you not see this?
