Knot Another Project: More cloths
http://knotanotherproject.blogspot.com/2010/01/more-cloths.html
Thursday, January 7, 2010. Here are the dish cloths I made for my mom for Christmas. I forgot to take a group shot before giving them to her. They are made with Peaches and Creme. Knot Another Project: May 2010
http://knotanotherproject.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 5, 2010. I've been so overwhelmed lately. I'm trying to deal with so much, and it's just not working. God has been telling me to simplify, and I'm trying, but in order to do so, He's got to help me. I'm beginning to see resolutions to one situation of many (I'll get to that later), but hey, it's a start. A family member made his a very pretty lap quilt to take to dialysis, but he oftern bleeds, and doesn't want to stain the quilt, so I made him a brick stitch afghan to use. I suckered my d...
Knot Another Project: May 2009
http://knotanotherproject.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 31, 2009. At the suggestion of friendly folks on Ravelry. I went out and bought some circular needles. I found a size 8, bought some cotton yarn, and went to town on a stockinette stitch swatch. Since I can't stand to make a swatch with no purpose, I decided it would end up being a washcloth for either myself, or my daughter. It is vareigated. Pinks and white, so I'm thinking my husband won't take it to bathe with! Did you notice the new gadget in the right sidebar. Links to this post. Thank ...
Knot Another Project: August 2009
http://knotanotherproject.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 20, 2009. I dyed yarn for the first time today. After the desire to dye (. Different than to die) was stumbled upon, I scoured the web (mostly Ravelry. Looking for information. I opted for Kool. Aid dyeing, but then found out you have to Kool-. Aid dye animal fibers (like wool), which I didn't have. A feature I don't particularly care with wool is that it felts when it is washed. While felting is neat, the texture of felt kinda weirds. Wool in the clearance bin! It was my lucky day!

Enjoying the Journey: June 2008
http://learning2lean.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 30, 2008. Last night, I told God that I was frustrated. I mean, He already knows it, why not verbally tell Him? Saturday, June 14, 2008. You prefer a more burgundy brick…. I am probably the only one who prays about something and then tries to figure it out on my own, right? How awesome to think that one day I will abide in Christ without any conscious effort! Thank you, Lord, for speaking to me. Help me to learn to lean, help me to abide in you! Http:/ www.rbc.org/utmost/index.php. As Keith ...
Enjoying the Journey: October 2008
http://learning2lean.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 14, 2008. God is working in me. He has a plan, and He is in control. He is patient. Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Update on me…what am I dealing with right now? It has been a while since my last real post. Not sure there is any real reason for it besides just not always knowing how to articulate what I am feeling or going through. In the past month, there have been different feelings; different seasons of life, I guess you could say. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
Enjoying the Journey: April 2009
http://learning2lean.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 29, 2009. For families going through cancer treatments and remission (PRAISE the LORD), and for a mother who has allowed me a glimpse inside her journey with grief and faith after birthing her little girl one year ago knowing that she would not live outside the womb. And instead get on my face before Him and get to know Him more. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Recipe post! | Hooks & Needles
https://lopsyli.wordpress.com/2010/02/08/recipe-post
Went to a crazy food party at a friend’s place recently. They had pizza. This pizza was homemade (I helped! So, here is a rough reckoning of the recipe, modified to my taste and kitchen inventory:. Parmesan (optional, imho; I haven’t been using it). Pizza-crust-in-a-can (Walmart has it, it’s near the biscuits-in-cans, and kind of tastes similar). Tomatoes (1.5-2 is plenty, unless you REALLY like tomato). Most reading this probably already know I’m not big on veggies… but this is pretty good! My husband a...

https://lopsyli.wordpress.com/2010/07/13/long-time-no-something
Long time no… something! Picked up my red scarf (not much farther on it), started a new hat. Update on Stitch Markers:. I haven’t forgotten! I just moved into a new place, though, so they’re… well, still in a box. *wince* As soon as I get the boxes unpacked, I’ll send the finished ones and finish making the rest. I’ll send an email before I mail them to make sure that addresses are still correct. Sorry again for these delays 😦. Update on life in general. To be honest, I don’t have much to say. Leave a R...
