Wij zijn knotgroep Alblas, een stelletje enthousiaste natuurliefhebbers. We zijn in totaal met circa 40 mensen, van jong (ongeveer 10 jaar) tot jong-in-hart-en-ziel. We knotten wilgen, en zorgen zo voor (een deel van) een verantwoord natuurbeheer, in samenwerking met de boeren en met het waterschap. Waarom doen we dat? Allereerst om er voor te zorgen dat het landschap zijn oud-hollandsche uitstraling bewaard. Daarnaast hebben we nog een aantal redenen:. Het is leuk om in de natuur te werken.
