January 11, 2016. January 12, 2016. Here are some photos from a recent bathroom remodel/renovation we completed. The bathroom had been flooded by a clogged sink, also causing damage to a small portion of the hardwood parquet flooring downstairs. The bathroom had to be gutted down to the studs. Existing plumbing and electrical were left alone, just replaced the fixtures and toilet/tub drain lines. We built a custom vanity, and installed a new tub and toilet. Here is the custom vanity….
