Sunday, March 20, 2011. 2 lbs trimmed steak (round tip is my favorite). 1 lb broccoli, sliced. 3 med carrots, medallioned. 1 small red onion, chopped. 2 C soy sauce. 1 Tb ground ginger. 3 Tb minced garlic (or garlic powder). Slice beef into long thin strips. In a large mixing bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic. Add beef slices to liquid mix and marinade for 4 hours. Posted by Bridgette Knowlson.
