The kids are excited, Jens says he has a baby in his tummy too. which depending on when you ask him, he is going to give birth "RIGHT NOW! Or in twenty minutes. If only. I'll say it again. IF ONLY. I have pretty easy pregnancies but this one has already seemed like an eternity! January can't come fast enough.

Thursday, August 28, 2008. Summer Dump Part 1. Like a hoarder who desperately needs to clean house, I know I need to do this and it is really overdue. This summer has flown by, and we haven't been that busy. We've been enjoying the weather, playing outside and going on fun little trips with our families and friends. We made a sign for her room with our phone number on it and recited it every night before bed for about 2 weeks, and it worked! Here she is on her birthday with her new cowgirl boots:.

Fall is my favorite season for this reason. I get to wear all my cozy clothes but enjoy the sunshine at the same time. I'm soaking up all the Vitamin D I can get! Sunday, November 9, 2008. November is a crazy month for us, since we have 3 birthdays in the span of just over 3 weeks. Knut started us off by turning 32 on Nov. 6. Happy Birthday Honey! We laid low on his big day but had a yummy dinner and dessert. Steak with blue cheese and bruschetta and these delicious little custard pastries from Trader Joe's - yep, no homemade cake this year, it was a work night for me! I was amazed to find out that they have them at several state parks in WA and they are awesome!
