Thursday, May 10, 2012. I haven't written in this blog for a long while, yet a lot has happened in my life. Let's start with school. As of June 8th, I am expecting to graduate university with a Bachelors of IT (Honours), studying Game Development and Entrepreneurship. I'm still not quite sure how 4 years have come and gone. Even though I generally love game development, I've had my share of moments in my sleep deprivation wondering "when will it end! I want to work in the real world.". All in one picture.

Starting off with the list of bug reports, after playing the game for exactly one hour straight I can summarize these four major bugs. These bugs share problems in multiplayer mode. Tilt of platform does not change during multiplayer between all players. Left screen shows "Anonymous" in an un-tilted world. Right screen shows "James" in the tilted world. If any player disconnects the game continues.

In the second meeting, which took place during the game development workshop we all set up googlewave in order to keep track of each of our progress and ultimately the design of our game. Here we decided mechanics in the game, such as attributes for each character and an rpg like system mainly to get a feel of what our game would be like when the game was complete. Modeling the character is going decently.

The washroom had an old hifi system complete with tape deck, turntable, AM/FM receiver, and bookshelf speakers.
