Thursday, April 17, 2008. 25 ml White Vinegar. 250 ml Caster Sugar. Beat egg whites in a clean glass bowl until foamy. Add vinger until stuff. Gradually add caster sugar, beating continuously until firm and shiny. Add boiling water and beat. Sprinkle the mazeina on the whites and fold using a metal spoon. Spoon mixture onto a baking sheet. Make it round, and higher on sides. Bake 1 hour 140 C. Switch off oven and leave until oven is cold. Decorate with cream and fresh fruit. (berries). 30 Day Bran Muffins.

Thursday, April 17, 2008. 1 Pkt Tennis Biscuits. 189; cup Butter. 1 tin Condensed Milk. 188; of condensed milk tin of freshly squeezed lemon juice. 2 eggs, separated. 3 Tbs Caster Sugar. 188; tsp Baking Powder. Crush tennis biscuits and mix with butter, line pie dish, put in fridge to cool. Separate eggs and beat egg yolks and condensed milk together, add lemon juice and beat with electric beater. Whisk egg whites in a clean glass bowl. Pour mixture over the biscuit base. Braai Ideas for Veggies.
