Fine tuning the ingredients specific for her food allergies was the why and how behind this flavorful bread. Viviann’s Honey Oatmeal Bread. 1-1/2 cup wheat flour. 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup oatmeal (uncooked). 2-1/4 tsp dry yeast (or 1 package, 1/4 ounce dry yeast). 1-1/4 cup warm water. Prepare the loaf pan with parchment paper (or greased loaf pan).

While this makes a delicious loaf, it is my ‘go to’ for hamburger buns! 4-1/2 tsp dry yeast (2 packages, 1/4 ounce each). 1 large onion, minced. 3 cups cottage cheese, blended. 2 teaspoons beef bouillon. 5-1/2 to 6 cups flour. Prepare a bowl with oil (or spray) to put the dough in after kneading. Prepare a small dish with oil and flour (to alternate oiling or flouring your hands while kneading). Combine yeast, warm water and sugar.

Oh, and this dough is fabulous as a crust for making egg souffles! 3-1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface. 1-1/4 cup warm milk (2%). 2-1/4 teaspoon of yeast.
