Philosophy

Ours is a holistic approach whereby food is seen to be one component to health and wellbeing. As a result we also stock a selection of medicinal herbs, homeopathic remedies and flower essences. We have given thought to the impact of product packaging, and encourage our customers to reuse their plastic bags or use reusable cloth bags to put their shopping in. All the packaging we use in the shop is fully biodegradable; plastics used are derived from cornstarch or bioplastic and can be composted.

Has a background in community health and permaculture I am interested in helping the community eat more healthily and raise awareness of sustainable and ethical living. Has a background in holistic healing, astrology, music, art and permaculture. He loves cooking wholesome tasty food! I have learned a great deal helping others heal on a one to one basis and would like to share what I know with others at a community level. I am very happy to be a part of a wholefoods store on the West Coast.
