Monday, February 16, 2009. A word of caution. Our Government is no where near the safety aspects. As thought about earlier, I was absolutely right in judging that there was no safety standards prescribed for any of the fun activities in the Chennai trade fair, going by this news article in our National News Paper.Going by such poor standards, I'm not sure if I will be taking Pranaya next year. 4 injured as roller coaster wagon goes off rails. One of the victims suffered head injuries requiring stitches.

Saturday, September 13, 2008. Its been a while since updating my portal, as Pranaya was busy in her Quarterly exams. It all got over yesterday. We still managed to visit Tirupati last week. and Pranaya had a great time. She now know that "Govinda" resides there, and when we visited the sanctum, she joined all of us in calling "Govinda". Sunday, August 31, 2008. Aug-29 is our Parent's Wedding Anniversary, and they always goto the Mylapore Kapaleeswarar Temple. They had never missed an opportunity to visit this temple on Aug-29 and every other appointment stands canceled in the evenings. I couldn't go last year as I was in Sydney and I am not sure if Pranaya managed to go last year. But we went in 2006. There used to 4 small elephant statutes in this Temple, and I used to fight(! Tuesday, November 04, 2008. One more medal added to Pranaya's tally. Yes, she got the first prize again in the Rhymes competition.
