One has desires whereas the other has needs. Both words may seem like they appear on the same page of a thesaurus, but given such a relationship, who has the ultimate need to conquer the other, to be superior than him, and hence to control him fully? Saturday, 16 February 2013. I heard a sound from my room. Spot the Surprise Chiffon Cake. (They know me so well.). These hooligans (aka my housemates) made me a cake, which involved a 10-part treasure hunt for clues in order to find it. I appreciate the effort to make each hint rhyme. And the cake, of course. And a small shout-out to those great text messages.). Sometimes I question the effort being put in. This feeling has been too overly recurring that I can give it a name or have tea with it.
