Just imagine...: May 2010

Sunday, May 9, 2010. I don't know how she does it! Thank you for being my mum, and the person I aspire to be. We all love and adore you. Last Night we had an early mothers day celebratory dinner. We wanted to get together before Wally and Wanda head off on their annual winter escape. Paul fed lady-muck until her heart was content. She had plum chicken kebabs, fried rice, beef stew, tuna patties with aoli, and then trifle and profiteroles for dessert. What a hungry little caterpillar! Monday, May 3, 2010.

Friday, June 4, 2010. Time to smell the roses. Here goes the monthly blogger. May is always an interesting month. There are a few birthdays in the family and it is almost winter. So normally its time for a bit of fun and a last ditch effort at getting the house and garden ready for winter. But this month we sadly had to say good-bye to Tim's grandmother. We wish her peace and thank her for enriching our lives. 24th February 1923 - 20th May 2010. Dear Great nan,. I am so happy for you to be reunited.

I don't actually mind the christmas holidays. the kids are still young enough to occupy with regular trips to the local parks, catching up with friends every now and then, and do a little bit of cooking! I'll enjoy it while it lasts. Arden prefers to get a nude tan, but I was able to convince him to cover up for a happy snap. Labels: Christmas Holidays 10/11. Yeah they are...

Friday, December 3, 2010. Where the streets have no name. Well this is actually a lane, but anyway. We took the kids to the Christmas Carnivale in the Mall last night. It was great. The streets were closed off, and all the activities were free. Jai and Ardy miraculously survived the Jumping Castle unscaved. We saw Rebecca and Abby having fun as well. It was a bit bumpy but he said, 'Í was telling myself to just think of what Woody (from Toy Story), would do.'. We went to U2 on wednesday. So sorry I didn'...

Saturday, January 15, 2011. Arden's childcare break-up Party (mid Dec). We got there nice and early so that the kids wouldn't have to wait so long to get their faces painted. Under pressure, they couldn't decide what they wanted to be, so Spiderman was the easiest choice. The kids balloons didn't last very long, the boys asked for swords, to kill each other of course, and missy got a flower. Labels: Christmas Holidays 10/11. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Friday, March 4, 2011. Yes she did blow the candles out all by herself! She woke up like any other morning - chiper and ready to kick start the day. She climbed out of her cot, knocked on the door, called out and waited patiently. We didn't wrap any of her presents, we didn't see the point. she was so excited when she saw the pram and her new babies, she plays with them everyday. She also got some drawing materials, new bed sheets, a dress and a bike! Our trip to Kerang. We had lot's of fun dancing and p...
