FOR THE TEMPERING;. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds(jeera). 1 tablespoon urad dal(split black lentils). 1 to 2 green chillies, slit. 4 to 6 curry leaves. In a large bowl, combine the rice, curds, cucumber, carrots, coriander and salt and mix well. In another pan heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. SOYA MUTTER KI SUBZI.

LENTIL AND SPINACH SOUP:. 1/2 cup masoor dal(split red lentils). 1 cup chopped spinach(palak). 1/2 cup sliced onions. 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, cut into big pieces. 2 cloves crushed garlic(optional). 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder. Mix onions, tomatoes,masoor dal and garlic. Add 2 cups water and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. when cooked, blend in a mixer.strain and keep aside. Heat the milk and add to the soup. Serve hot with lemon juice.

Clean, wsh , soak the rice for 10 min.drain and keep aside. Add the rice and sprouts and saute for 2 minutes.
