D. , Teresa Heinz Professor or Sustainable Communities at the University of Virginia's Departmentof Urban and Environmental Planning, who has experssed his support as a project cooperator. This hulking structure (35,000 sq. ft over 5 stories, 10 silos) sits in the idyllic village of Rapidan, Virginia and is currently used only to produce hydroelectric power, which is sold to Dominion Power.
