Ust a quick post to let everyone know that we've now moved to Sydney (from Coffs Harbour) so now we won't be at the Coffs Harbour Yacht Club markets each Sunday anymore (sad face) We still plan to visit Coffs from time to time to say hi to all the fantastic stall holders and customers we've enjoyed spending time with - of course we'll be bringing all our wears with us too! Sunday, September 06, 2009. We bought our tickets! We leave on November 24th and come back on Jan 4th. We got our tickets for a MASSIVE bargain 951 dollars a piece. I am so excited this will be my first time going back to the states since I moved here 2 years ago. So much has changed, The economy has crumbled and we have a new president in office. I am so excited about our new president. We will be going to Washington dc and hopefully we will be able to get a tour of the white house. =D.

Still going with desserts, one of our teachers has stepped down and is going to be the head chef of the Warf Hotel near where the old crown casino used to be. In the last few weeks we’ve learnt some classics, the chocolate fondant with the oozy middle my personal fav a beautiful sticky date pudding, breakfast pastries and croissants and some cake decorating.
