The Gift of Gaspard: September 2011
http://thegiftofgaspard.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
The Gift of Gaspard. From the fullness of His grace we have received one blessing after another- - John 1:16. Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Hoping For A Better Tomorrow. I am finally about to put myself to bed after a long and emotional day. Preparing for tomorrow is making me more emotional so I have decided to stop and just finish in the morning. Once we got home, Ethan spent the rest of the day nursing every 2 hours and wanting to be held. Can you blame him? Gracie and Bryan Gaspard. Friday, September 2...

The Nichols Family: May 2004
http://johnandamandanichols.blogspot.com/2004_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 30, 2004. I slept in the morning of our wedding. something I didn't think I'd be able to do, but I was so exhausted! I got up and showered and threw on some pj pants and a t-shirt and headed over to Nana's house for my bridesmaid's luncheon! The hair and make-up ladies met us there and did the bridesmaids hair and make-up for me and those who wanted to have theirs done. It was so much fun! I LOVED my bridesmaid's luncheon! I couldn't believe this was THE DAY! Finally I went down to the front ...

The Nichols Family: 32 Weeks Pregnant
http://johnandamandanichols.blogspot.com/2010/04/32-weeks-pregnant.html
Friday, April 2, 2010. Well, I'm actually almost 33 now. :D I can not believe how quickly this pregnancy is flying by! I'm still going to the gym! Which leads me to some good news! At 20 weeks I was diagnosed with a low lying placenta (marginal placenta previa). In most pregnancies as the uterus grows the placenta moves up and away from the cervix. The good news is that I had an ultrasound on Tuesday of this week and everything looks good! At 28 weeks I measured 28 weeks, but at my 30 week appointment I ...

The Nichols Family: August 2004
http://johnandamandanichols.blogspot.com/2004_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 16, 2004. A Bad day at work. Most of you know this story. The story of August 16, 2004. I thought I would divide this in to two stories: John's account and Amanda's account of the events of that day. At almost 10pm that night my phone rang. It was the call that every army wife fears most. "Mrs. Nichols, this is LT Nelson with the rear detachment. I am calling to inform you that your husband was injured in an ambush in Iraq today.". All I can say about that day is that the Lord is an awesom...

Happenings at the Harriman House: December 2013
http://harrimanhouse.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Happenings at the Harriman House. Keeping up with Charlie and Hollie. Monday, December 16, 2013. Hudson as big brother! This pregnancy has been VERY different than my first! It all started with a bleeding scare when I was 11 weeks along. I found out I had a hematoma and was told to take it very easy. When I was pregnant with Hudson I was more active. I'm not gonna lie, I've enjoyed not killing myself working out. I have the rest of my life for that! Maggie and I enjoy our afternoon naps with big brother!

Milk & Cookies Party – 1st Birthday | the hammond family
https://wearehammonds.wordpress.com/2012/06/25/milk-cookies-party-1st-birthday
Our journey – one photo at a time. Milk and Cookies Party – 1st Birthday. Here’s my quick recap of S’s 1st birthday… only about a month late. I did a TERRIBLE job of taking pics during the party! I guess when you’ve got a 3 year old and a 1 year old running around, snapping pics is not at the top of the to-do list. My hubby did get a few pics of the food table, so I’ve at least got those to post. Invitations (designed by yours truly):. Top left): Sprinkle rimmed cups! Top left): oreo pops! My favorites a...

The Bains: 01.2009
http://emanddavebains.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Christmas 2008 was a bit of a first for the Bains.our first Christmas without family around! Dave's vacation happened to be the week before Christmas, so we made the 11 hour drive to Alabama (after heavily drugging Sydney, of course) to spend time with both of our families. We had a great time visiting with friends and family and enjoyed the 70 degree weather! Back home in Cville for Christmas actually ended up being great! In other news, the Wilhoite family is gearing up for another wedding!

Wendows: June 2011
http://wendowstotheworld.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Whole crabs. Being used to gulf seafood activities, crab legs were more my game (strong hands), but the whole thing? A tutorial was in order. Dirty work, but fun. And of course, the season of board games begins. After this, backgammon was happening. These pics don't actually do the weekend justice. There was far more outside beer drinking and delicious foodstuffs. This Etsy shop has endless options and I'm really into fiber jewelry right now. This bracelet is inspiring. A CUP OF JO.
