January 16, 2014. Yesterday we had a lovely event to celebrate the holiday of Tu B’Shevat. This is a minor Jewish holiday that focuses on the beginning of new year of trees…shall we say a new year of growth…. Delish and gorgeous too! It had it all…. 1/2 cup chopped dates. 1/2 cup chopped dried figs. 1 cup hot water.
