The Koski's Est. 2008. The Koski's Est. 2008. Sunday, January 11, 2015. The weekend before Christmas we drove to Island Park to celebrate Christmas with my side of the family. Up until then, we had only gotten rain in Twin Falls for the month of December. Once we hit Rexburg it was finally SNOW! The cabin that we had for the weekend was awesome. Kiley and I would LOVE to have a home like this one one day. The kids had a blast and we even got another foot of snow overnight one day as well.
