This picture was taken in Masai Mara back in July 1997. It probably is one of my best pictures of wild life. These two lions were mating and they are literally posing like newlyweds. The picture was taken early in the morning just when this perfect crisp light is there when the sun has come out and is not too high yet to create an abrupt light. This is the first leopard I saw after doing safaris for two years. I have met people that have being going to safaris for over fifteen years and they had never.
