Bruce’s Walk Across Spain. Laquo; Camino Slideshow – Part One. Camino Slideshow – Part Two. December 5, 2008 by martinbruce. As I walked, I worshipped and waited. Worshipped God with some beautiful music, like. By Hillsong. And waited on God, to listen to his voice, to hear Him speaking into my life. I built an altar along a rocky, dusty road on a hot afternoon to remember that particular moment when God touched my heart. There were many such moments. This slideshow is part 2 of my trip. Thank you, Bruce!

Bruce’s Walk Across Spain. Laquo; Path to Finisterre. September 30, 2008 by martinbruce. Originally uploaded by martinbruce54. I met up with Ralf again on the second day to Finisterre, and we walked to the ends of the earth together. I had met Ralf on the arrow-straight Via Aquitana which the Romans built, and now about 2 weeks later, we met again! Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Bruce’s Walk Across Spain. Laquo; Finisterre Finish. September 30, 2008 by martinbruce. Originally uploaded by martinbruce54. The last morning, when we packed our bags for the LAST time and headed out for on THE WAY, we had this last beautiful sunset over the sleepy town of Olveiroa. The roosters were crowing, the wind was blowing gently, and by the time we got past the town, the sun was peeking its head over the mountains. What a greeting as we headed for Finisterre. Bruce’s Walk Across Spain. Laquo; Sunrise over Olveiroa. September 30, 2008 by martinbruce. Originally uploaded by martinbruce54. Meet Mieke. From Germany. She is a policeman (I mean, a policewoman) who serves as a border guard on the Germany-Switzerland border. Switzerland is not part of the Common Market, so you have to show your passport or ID card every time you go there. The Swiss do not use the Euro currency, and you have to change your money into francs. That is fine, but not enough. We also a...

Bruce’s Walk Across Spain. Laquo; Sea Celebration. September 30, 2008 by martinbruce. Fishing Town of Corcubion. Originally uploaded by martinbruce54. This was the little town of Corcubion, just before Finisterre. We stopped and got a sandwich and sat in the park by the bay and had our lunch. We must have sat for over an hour, enjoying the sun and eating bread and salami and cheese, for the 50th time. But, no worries, this one tasted especially good. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Bruce’s Walk Across Spain. Laquo; Fall in Spain. September 30, 2008 by martinbruce. Originally uploaded by martinbruce54. This was the last walk into Finisterre. The path was absolutely beautiful, and very quiet. I let Ralf go ahead so I could have the day alone, and the trees became more stunted and the soil more sandy as we came up to the coast. Stunning.
