Saturday, August 20, 2011. For those of you who have a hand in planning activities for a group of adult women I highly recommend this for an activity. It was probably the highest turnout we have had. People even brought friends (wich we were more than happy to have) and we danced and giggled as we all enjoyed trying to imitate the moves being taught to us. It was definitely a success. Here are 5 things I like about my new city. 1There is a market every week with lots of yummy things to try. 2 I can see glimpses of the ocean through my windows. 3 There are lots of fun little shops and eateries near by. 4 I found a little grocery store that reminds me of a place my grandma use to shop at frequently while I was little. 5 I can drive 5 minuets one way and be by sky scrapers or I can drive 5 minuets the other way and be surrounded by trees. Ok, I will work on that.

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Warning: this post is full of complaints and negativity. In the 3 weeks I have been to OB triage (in layman's terms the entrance gates to labor and delivery at the hospital). A total of 4 times. FOUR TIMES! I am 35 weeks and have consistent contractions AGAIN (despite the bed rest). I go to the hospital they give me another shot to stop contractions and they send me home. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. A Housewife's Best Friends. I never thought I would ENJOY cleaning my shower. But something happens when you suddenly pay a monthly rent to use your shower. Monday, June 28, 2010. 1 month left under the Arizona sun. 1 month to find a place to live. 1 month until I sign my life away to student loans. 1 month left with family close by. 1 month left of familiarity. 1 month left of zero humidity. 1 month left in my comfort zone.
