Monday, December 27, 2010. We had to do some work on the shelves in the baby's room. Here is Little Rufus helping Daddy find the studs to put the screws in. He is just a little off. Well before we knew it, it was Christmas Eve. Here is Little Rufus posing with his new pajamas in front of the Christmas tree. Just wait until he sees what Santa will bring him. He also got the IXL and loves it. He snuck out of nap to get the IXL to play with too. (IXL is like Nintendo DS for toddlers). It was very funny.

We started our month with what appears to be our new annual tradition of going to Rufus Grandma's for the 4th of July weekend and meeting Ed, Anna Beth, and kids in Blacksburg for the 4th for a walk of campus and a parade. Thursday, October 28, 2010. Moving along, Lil Rufus was a train conductor this year and boy was he cute. In fact, he tied for cutest costume at the Halloween party. Here he is getting ready to head out to the party at our back door. Sunday, October 2, 2011. July has was lots of fun for Emmett. He got to try his first bites of real food and lots of new flavors. Emmett getting ready for some real food. Real baby food that is. In comes the first bite. Out goes the first bite. We have happy baby. That looks says "Do that again! This is Saturday mornings at my house. Notice there is no room on the bed for me. Monday, April 18, 2011. Two Boys and a Bunny. That's right, it's that time of the year again. Easter Bunny pictures. Rufus had a great smile first try. Posted by VT Browns. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Did my first 5k since Emmett was born on the 9th. (That is 3.1 miles) I had a time of 38:30 which is just under a 12.5 minute mile. I am very proud of myself. Wegot to run on the race track. It was very cool. This is the tunnel that goes under the track to the in field. Here I am at the finish line.

Monday, February 21, 2011. New Play Set and First Tubby. We spent most of the weekend working on the new play set for the boys, although it will probably be a while before Emmett plays on it. Lil Rufus loves it. He started playing on it before it was even complete and before that we got him to play in the boxes. Big Rufus got my friend Haylee's son to help considering I'm still not supposed to lift anything bigger than the baby. Here is the final product. And as you can see Lil Rufus is very excited.

Monday, October 3, 2011. We had 2 vacations this year. Our friends vacation and our family vacation. It was alot of work and a lot of fun.
