http://kp-silva.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Silvia's Kaiser Bargaining Updates. Thursday, April 8, 2010. Well, today went a bit better. We made strides on the issues that SEIU/UHW members are facing with the Labor Partnership Agreement during these 2 days of training and 1 day of real face-to-face interest based negotiations about what is limiting the progress of the Labor Partnership Agreement. We broke out into two groups. Management in one room and the union in another. What is hindering the National Agreement? 1) Strategic membership growth.

http://kp-victoria.blogspot.com/2010/05/still-keeping-our-stuff.html
Victoria's Kaiser Bargaining Updates. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Still Keeping Our Stuff! So I arrived late Monday night here in Manhattan Beach due to flight delays. Angela's KP Perspective: Is this bargaining or a dating service?
http://kp-angela.blogspot.com/2010/04/is-this-bargaining-or-dating-service.html
Friday, April 9, 2010. Is this bargaining or a dating service? The first barging session is over. What have we done so far? Well, we've mostly flirted about our common interests and our shared hopes for a healthy long-term relationship. Does this sound like a dating service to you? It sure does to me: people misrepresent themselves with pretty pictures and sweet talk but we don’t get at the hard cold truth about what we really want from each other. June 10, 2010 at 1:48 PM. Its not intended to be adversa...

http://kp-angela.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Show me the love, Kaiser! After much hard work, debate and dedication, the language proposal from the CIC is complete. Please let's clap our hands say thank you! They still call their financial model unsustainable. But I did not see a crystal ball, so how can they predict the future? Our belief is that you get what you pay for. You want sustainability? Silvia's Kaiser Bargaining Updates: 2nd day of bargaining!
http://kp-silva.blogspot.com/2010/04/3rd-day-of-bargaining.html
Silvia's Kaiser Bargaining Updates. Wednesday, April 7, 2010. 2nd day of bargaining! This morning was training and more training on our approach to negotiations. It is called Interest Based Negotiations. I confess I had to step out of the room several times because it all seemed like much ado about nothing. How much training does our bargaining team need to address our union concerns? They are pretty simple:. 1) Keep benefits 2) raises 3) job security. I will live up to that promise. I hope Kaiser wi...
