Mandag 10. oktober 2011. It is getting nippy outside. And even inside my office at work. It is a bit to chilly. Today I made a load of vegetable soup. With a bit of chicken, and made with home made chicken stock). I put it in some plastic containers. Stack them in the freezer. And they are ready to go. Tomorrow, I'll put one frozen portion of soup in my bag. No spilling since it's frozen). And reheat at lunch time. Openfaced sandwiches with salami, cheese or liverpaste etc. But tomorrow there will be soup.

Fredag 30. januar 2015. I'm getting a grip, because the roads are slippery and my good workmate broke her arm the other day, falling on the ice just outside her house! I have no time for that. I bought these to keep me on my feet. But I think it's unfair. Lørdag 14. februar 2015. All my life, I've lived by the Oslo fjord, except a few years when I was a student, then I lived in another town. By a river. I love walking along the water, all year around. It smells of salt and sea, seaweed, lovely sounds of water against rocks and sand, the waves, the wind. It's really soothing and good to my soul. I never realized how lucky we were to have so many places within such closeness, to go swimming! Thats how it is when you are young. A little fishing boat.

Lørdag 7. mars 2015. There is a lot of spices in my curry! Together with a lot of onions, and time, it turns into paste. And home made naan. And after a few hours, dig in! And remember to take a photo before it's all gone! I almost didn't make it! See we were halfway down the pan). You've got to love a curry, and wipe your runny nose, the chile and the curry will clean it out! I want some of allllll that right now! 13 mars 2015 kl. 15.44. Wednesday, 8 May 2013. Or, some of us were. My kids were inside at the concert of ONE DIRECTION, I was waiting outside with MANY other parents, so we could get them all safe back home. I drove happily the 160 km x 2 for my kids to experience this once in a lifetime ( maybe) event. And they were exstatic, it had been a dream come true. Allthough their ears kept ringing for days afterwards, and not because of the loud music, but because of the 12000 screaming girls. And she looked like this at her big day:.
