KraM's Taste and Digest. Sunday, November 18, 2007. Roti Prata, a type of crispy dough often dipped with curry sauces or sometimes with sugar comes in various ways - plain, egg, onion or even cheese. This popular Indian bread is popular in this region, Singapore and Malaysia. A little oily and fluffy, a good prata is soft yet crispy. With its additional fillings, it can be a filling meal just by taking two pieces of it. Attached is a clip on how prata is made. Looks easy? Duck with salted vegetable.

KraM's Taste and Digest. Saturday, December 20, 2014. It is funny how I chanced upon this restaurant. No intentions to have Italian but dear son who shares the same name of the restaurant instructed me to park the car and enter the restaurant. At the age of 4, he seems to know how to give his dad commands. Well, I didn't mind Italian and so I was game for it and decided to give it a try. Interestingly, the service and food was pretty good. Rain was four months old when we got her from Pet Symphony. She had the nicest eyes and Sandy Shek and I were immediately mesmerized by her. Those eyes were really pretty. She became close friends with Beatrice Shek as Beatrice doted on her lots. She played with anyone who visited Marine Terrace. She was the one who greeted us when we returned home.

Just yesterday a friend sent me this photo and I couldn't remember many of my classmates' names. Age caught up and not catching up with old friends or keeping in touch is also one reason I couldn't remember some names. Monday, July 21, 2014. KraM's Taste and Digest. Saturday, December 20, 2014. Decided to try a new method of preparing prawns for BBQ and we decided to pour half a bottle of Erdinger into half cooked prawns. Surely a good try at creating something new as the finished product ended up quickly in the stomachs of guests and what was best - the hot Erdinger made sweet from the fresh tiger prawns.
