As I sit here waiting on the thunderstorm to slow down (I watched it come over the horizon), I can't even imagine what driving in it will be like. I certainly don't like driving in thunderstorms with lighting coming down all around me. There are some idiotic drivers around here and I really need to vent about their stupidity. Do you by any chance live in NC?

In honor of my Grandpa Sal's 100th birthday today, I want to share a few memories of him. He passed away in 1993, but he still lives in my heart. The cards we would get in the mail for every special occasion, complete with a poem that he wrote special for each of us. My grandparents' house every Sunday for spaghetti and Grandpa's homemade sauce.

Got Nate's little plate all filled with tidbits of food, got his "My First Thanksgiving" bib on, and then let him go to town.
