Todd, Britt, and the Girls. Oct 14, 2014. Avery's Second Birthday in Hollywood. We decided to celebrate in real Hammond style by going on a trip. Todd had to be in LA to record an album with his band the Statuettes, so we decided to go early and make it a family birthday trip! On our way down we stopped in Zion so I could trail run up Angel's Landing. What an intense run! It was more like a fast hike :). We drove to Vegas and stayed in a gross hotel for the night. The next day we made it to the beach!

Todd, Britt, and the Girls. Jan 28, 2015. Panama Part Two: Panama City. Besides the fiasco with Ellen, Panama City was very beautiful and fun to explore. We stayed at Luna's Castle, a beautiful hostel in Casco Viejo with a great view of the city. The employee put me in an air conditioned room with no windows that was much quieter. Friday, August 5, 2011. So Boston started tee ball and soccer last April so yes I'm a little behind! It was so fun and he did so good! He definately got my competitive and aggression! In his soccer game his main goal was not to kick the ball but to try and push down as many people as possible! Although his last game he finally caught on and scored 5 goals. I was a very proud mom freaking out with excitement. Everytime he'd score he had to make sure Kevin and I were watching! Kennady was on his team too!

White Pine Lake is only 3 miles long, but it's pretty steep. I was shocked when it took us nearly 3 hours to hike! I love this camp site! If I'm being honest, I think we really went because I'm in "pre-baby panic mode" and have to fit in all kinds of fun stuff while I can. Our first camp site was a "tent city" of homeless families. Todd, Britt, and the Girls. Nov 20, 2014. Happy Birthday to Me in Moab. For my birthday this year we went to Moab! The first night we ate out with my parents and stayed with them at a FIVE STAR RESORT! You really do get what you pay for. And we usually stay in cheap nasty hotels or camp so this was a special treat. Thanks Mom and Dad! The arch over the pool had flames coming out of it at night! Notice the fire pit? The next morning my parents took Avery to the Rotary park, which is the best park ever!

A few friends and I went out to the Great Salt Lake to watch for them. I want to do this annually, during meteor showers and such. It was really cool! Todd, Britt, and the Girls. Feb 28, 2015. I thought I knew what love was when I started dating Todd. I thought I knew what love was when we got married. I thought I knew what love was when Todd and I together left the Mormon church. I was sure I knew what it was when we were wandering lost through a blizzard on top of the Half Dome in Yosemite, not sure if we'd see the light of another day. And then Avery was born. Now I get it. I feel like I never really understood love until she came into my life.
