Live, Love, Laugh and Pray. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Busy Busy For The Next 10 Days. My doctor said the surgery will take about 1 hour and then I will be in recovery for a couple of hours. I am hope they find something that will explain my bladder and pelvic pain. Madison's birthday is 1 week from today. We will be having some friends over and family. Live, Love, Laugh and Pray. Friday, May 15, 2009. My Little Miss America. Maddy loves coloring and even sometimes when my back is turned she sneaks in some art work on the walls, or floor. She says ALOT of words now, I don't even have the time to type them all on here. Maddy knows all of her animals. She will bring them to me and ask me "Whts tis" as in Whats this? She calls her binky a binky and can say it loud and clear. I will be weaning her off of it when she turns two as I did the same with Chase.

Life With Cora Lue. and Ke`ala too! Aww, The Fam. This is probably as close as we are going to get to a family photo before we go from a family of three to a family of four. I am six months pregnant in these and not very comfortable but hey, they are cute pictures anyway :) These were taken way down Waikiki Beach at an end-of-summer BBQ with some of Mel's nursing student friends. Secondly, it's been on or around ten thousand degrees around these parts recently; so hot in fact that it's blazing in the house even with the air conditioning on. we've gone from freezing ice box in the winter to raging microwave in the summer, all while living in relatively temperate southern california, so i'm definitely of the opinion that there is no insulation in this house. joy. We left on a Friday afternoon to drive a few hours to eastern Iowa to go camping and hiking around Maquoketa Caves State Park. We were disappointed to find all the camping sites at the State Park occupied, but made the best of it by going to the nearby Horseshoe Pond park and camped there for the night.
