Reid All About It. Tuesday, November 9, 2010. This dip is one of my favorite things. I love to get this dip when we eat out so I decided to try to make some at home. I loved this and so did the husband. 2 cups parmesan cheese. 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed. 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 2/3 cup sour cream. 1 cup cream cheese. 2 teaspoons garlic, minced (I didn't have any so I used real garlic and it was tasty). 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Make it and Love it.

We are still unpacking and it seems as though we will be for the rest of our lives but at least we are in the house and slowly but surely getting settled. Explore our new surroundings.
