Monday, January 9, 2012. Surviving the Surgery and Then . The surgery. It's done. It was successful, and according to the doctor, definitely needed. I was, without going into details, "a mess in there." In other words, I was not crazy; the pain was real. So now I'm on my way to "a new lease on life" and I couldn't be happier . or couldn't have been happier . But she survived it and was actually euphoric once she realized that she survived one. But then . That's when the real stress started .
