Self – replication Definition. The Hungarian-American mathematician John von Neumann (1966), set for himself the goal of showing...

http://gemmichigan.blogspot.com/2008/09/medical-thoughts-final-project.html
Thursday, September 4, 2008. Medical Thoughts - Final Project. Some ideas are running around in my mind for the class final project. I'm leaning towards a non-invasive diagnostic and treatment tool. I envision the tool to be along the lines of the security x-ray machines and the Star Trek medical tri-corder. Now to merge the concepts and address political, religious, social, cultural, and technical aspects to develop a prototype. September 8, 2008 at 11:03 PM. September 9, 2008 at 5:26 PM. Friday, August 22, 2008. It would appear that money is the defining point between the 1st generation web and Web 2.0. John Batelle ( http:/ www.imediaconnection.com/content/7486.asp. Explains, "Version one of the internet was short on execution, very short on profits - the market and the technology were not ready for all our ideas. Version two is long on execution, it's long on profits, and I think, actually, there's a lot more opportunity now to start new companies.". The mainstream tools such as wikis,...

Sunday, August 31, 2008. Web 20 Tools -4 Podcast. This is my first podcast and I want to apologize for not speaking at the proper volume level throughout my podcast. Also, I did not use any video in this podcast but i included some cool pictures. Listening to my voice level is a clear indicator that i have not taken podcast 101.LoL. It is truly one of the pitfalls that podcasters should avoid. Other pitfalls are speaking too fast or too slow or adding poor audio and video quality to content. Ed thanks i ...

Saturday, August 9, 2008. Second Life Class The week of August 8th, 2008. Nice picture, it has me in it! Just curious as to how quickly you are picking up things in Second Life? I'm not a gamer and have never done VR programs before. I feel like a fish out of water in there. It doesn't feel like reality, virtual or otherwise, because there are no limits on what you can do. It seems to me that VR should mimic reality a little closer than this does. September 17, 2008 at 8:59 PM. View my complete profile.
