Pineapple Tidbits : July 2015
http://itsmealeisha.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Four months of Grace. Grace hit her 4-month mark on Friday and I can't believe how much she has changed and is changing at this age! Don't be deceived-she usually is not this pleasant during tummy time. She's so wiggly she's got some blurred limbs, but how can I not post this smile? Weighs in at 13.5 lbs, 30th percentile. Is 24 inches long, also 30th percentile. Has a head circumference of 16.22 inches, 70th percentile. Is laughing a little and trying to laugh more. Pushes her b...

Tuesday, February 24, 2015. I need to post something. It just seems like nothing too exciting has been happening but that's not really true. I just haven't been good at taking pictures so here's some pics of the past monthish. We got to go to Illinois for Minnie's 80th birthday. It was such a great time. We just love sleeping upstairs. They were having a cold snap and there is no heat upstairs. There was even ice on the INSIDE of the windows. The reality of it- -WE NEVER SLEPT BETTER! She looks so great!

Pineapple Tidbits : August 2014
http://itsmealeisha.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 29, 2014. A tribute to the goodness of God and the awesomeness of my brother. It has been some time since I blogged and so much has happened. What an eventful summer! Unfortunately, one of this summer's events was my 19-year-old brother's funeral. I have deliberated much over what to say in this post. I will keep it simple, sparing you many of my thoughts and feelings and instead sharing with you the wonderful person my brother was. He basically loved anything he considered “manly,&#...

Sunday, August 19, 2012. Uganda: One Year Later. A year ago today was my last day in the beautiful country! Even though its hard to believe I actually made the trip there, I miss it every day. It has served as a constant reminder of the blessings I have in my life, and of the fact that I can do hard things! A couple weeks ago a friend who works for BYU radio asked me and a friend (Haley Glenn) if we could do an interview about our experience in Uganda. It was a blast! I had sex twice and I was told that ...

Sunday, July 5, 2015. I forgot to put in our last post some pictures of our inflight emergency. Of the hundreds of flights we've been on I've never been through the "brace, brace, head down, stay down" drill. They had to wake us up to practice and it was all exciting enough but I'm glad I had an experienced pilot sitting next to me to let me know it would all be fine. It was. Our tire that blew on take off from SLC. Our welcoming crew after landing in DEN. Most people taxi down the runway. We bussed!

Sunday, June 28, 2015. Sorry, it's the best I can do at this point in our crazy life! And right now I'm not happy with the picture uploader but oh well.here's some pics for noone to look at. At the end of May all the Carter kids got to stay at our house. It was SO MUCH FUN! We went and climbed around the Garden of the Gods. And Brooke LOVED licking the jello bowls clean at Grandpa and Grandma's house. Yeah, he didn't even care. We had fun with Charina's big bubble recipe. Gotta love that fairy. To Eterni...

Saturday, May 30, 2015. I like the acceptability of doing a DUMP so that I can be caught up in sharing the haps with all of you. So watch out below- I'M DUMPING! We started the month of April in Utah and we finished the month of April in Utah.hmmm, do I see a pattern here? While Jamie and LaDon were frolicking in Australia Trey was sneaking up on me while I trimmed the apple trees. This boy will do ANYTHING for ice cream. We got to watch Ally play soccer. It was so FUNNY! But still not my favorite sport.

Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Sometimes I wish that my lips could build a castle. but 99% of the time I wish they'd just fall off. AKA, why can't I just keep my big mouth shut? The past few days I have said many things that I have regretted, many things that were just stupid, and many things that people probably should have laughed at. but they didn't. HOOOOOLD on there buddy. Anyway, debate. These guys were just relentless, and I was all opinionated and hyped up. My red side was showing. Then our teacher ...
