Creamy Chive Rosettes on Cucumber. Our latest recipe as served at 2016 Toronto Taste. Prep time: 15 minutes / Total time: 15 minutes. 250g of Kristapsons Smoked Salmon (approximately 12 long slices). 24 (¼ inch thick) cucumber slices. 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese. 2 tbsp of finely chopped chives. 1 tsp of creamy horseradish. 2 tbsp of cream. 1 very thinly sliced shallot for garnish.
