I'm always looking for different flavors to create in a cheesecake and it seemed that white chocolate and raspberry go together perfectly. 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs. 3 tablespoons white sugar. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries. 2 tablespoons white sugar. 2 cups white chocolate chips.

Jay's parents live on Lake Winnipesauke, and when we go up to visit them, we try to make it to our favorite resteraunt "The Canoe".Lobster Mac is their specialty and we order it everytime. Since it's about a 2 hour drive for us, we don't get to go all the time.
