So I will share with you the reason my life is so chaotic at the moment. These are photos of my bedroom and my office. This is George, under my house. He is my cousin here helping with the house. I am thinking that at this moment he is wondering why? I guess he didn't like me taking his picture. He threatened me with the nail gun. I ignored him.

Contemplating life through images. Wednesday, September 26, 2007. I Love My Kids. Really. I do love my kids. They have made me cry too many times in the last two days and I thought seriously about quiting this whole "mom" thing and I am still trying to figure out how I am going to survive tomorrow and yet somehow, I love my kids. We decided to make a detour when we left our spot at Black Canyon campground to head for the beach. We were so close to Crater Lake that we just had to stop and see it. I recently spent some time in the hospital, not for me, but for a friend. She had a baby and allowed me to share the experience with her. It was amazing and I am so happy she let me be a part of it. I realize that this picture is a bit, um, gross? But it was truly one of the most amazing things I have ever witnessed. Me holding a baby and yes, I even like him.
