This is one of my absolute favorite things to make when fresh tomatoes are ready to pick in the garden. It is easy tastes REALLY good. Hope you enjoy! 6 cups Chopped tomatoes (if I don't have fresh tomatoes you I use petite canned tomatoes, just drain them). 1/2 cup chopped Fresh Basil (chop it first then measure it).

I love this salad because! 1 Cabbage shredded (or 1 bag of coleslaw mix). 1 Bag of Broccoli Slaw mix (I have only found this at Walmart. 1/4 to 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped. Dump this in a bowl. 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil. 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce. 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic. 1/2 bunch of cilantro.

Wednesday, November 28, 2012. One of our favorite family fun days of the whole summer was the day we rented a boat in Heber. The kids had so much fun we didn't slow down all day. Tim was really a party trying to show the kids all of his tricks and daring them to do more. My favorite time of the day was when anyone tried to get back into the boat. It was slippery and complicated and usually ended in giggles and splashes. These three spent a good portion of the day right there. But he got his turns too.

We spent a little time on the bumper boats. Went for a few thousand rounds on the go carts. proving that Tim is still the champion racer. Grandpa and Cam got in on the action too. Cam was awesome at golfing. He took it very seriously. of course. We went a few rounds in the batting cages. Pretty sure we ran them ragged.

Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Breckyn on one of her last days of 6th grade. Our family has become hiking enthusiasts. Tim took the boy scouts on a 3 day backpacking excursion and to get ready for it, we had to put a few miles on. So we packed some bags and hit the trails. He told the kids he was going to make hikers out of them. and he did. My Dad made me this super awesome table. I am in love. Breckyn went to girls camp for the first time and loved it. We had some back yard fun. Maybe a little too often.

Wednesday, November 28, 2012. The kids have mad love for the cheese pizza at Costco. I cannot deny it- it's awesome! We love getting a piece when we make a Costco run. The kids also appreciate the endless soda. Tim and I saw this shirt in Cancun this past February. We told Cheri and she kindly recreated it for us so Tim can wear it all the time. We have people stop him whenever he has it on to take pictures. It's awesome. He cracks me up. I also found a dresser for her and painted it to make it more Z.
