Monday, August 26, 2013. So a lot has happened since graduation. A lot of good things! I moved out to Los Angeles to find work, and I found some work! I'm currently working on a new Catbug ebook for Frederator Studios! I'm a huge fan of Bravest Warriors and Cartoon Hangover, so the fact that I get to work on a Catbug ebook is making me totally geek out! It was also really nice to meet up with Emily again, who was my thesis partner at Ringling. You need more publicize this so many people who know about it...

Thursday, November 29, 2012. Composition Studies: The Big Lebowski. I've been spending 90% of my semester animating, but near the beginning of the semester I was able to do some storyboarding just for fun. I decided to storyboard a scene from The Big Lebowski for several reasons. 1: I love that movie. 2: I think my biggest struggle with boarding is my staging, and who better to study staging from than Roger Deakins? 3: I love that movie! Wednesday, April 25, 2012. I did this animation! Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Harry Potter next generation. During the year I worked on and off on some Harry Potter fanart. Normally that's not something I would broadcast, but I like how the drawings turned out. SPOILER ALERT! Tuesday, April 23, 2013. I really want to make more of an effort updating my blog, and I've been working like a madman these last few months at Ringling! Me and my partner Emily Jourdan just finished up our thesis film a few weeks ago, and we can't wait to share it with everyone! In the meantime, I've been getting back to my first love, which is storyboarding. I worked on a story about a little girl's friendship with bigfoot, and I had a lot of fun with it. I really liked as a part of the article .

Friday, January 18, 2013. Cabin in the Woods. I loved Cabin in the Woods! I also just love drawing zombies, so drawing the girl from the zombie redneck torture family was super fun. One of the only good things about New York's weather is right about now - when the leaves change and the air is brisk - but not too brutal. Even if the weather drops a few degrees, SOREL's.
