Life As I Know It. My journey through grad school. It has been a over week since my last post. In a way, that’s great…it means that I’ve had enough to do to occupy myself, where I didn’t have time to write. But, when you have a blog that’s meant to follow you though your time at school, it is kind important to actually write things down. So, here we go…the last week or so in a nutshell. We went to (another) Bisons game. For $11 a ticket and cheap food, how can you pass it up? We also went mini golfing.

So, let’s see…what have I been up to? Contrary to what everyone told me, the weather isn’t so bad out here –. It has been a little cloudy lately, but not too cold and no snow yet! Always keep your resident’s doors with an intact door tag. HAVE FUN WITH IT! One of my new bulletin boards was NINJA…I created an acronym for it to help residents remember some important steps when making important decisions:. Negotiate(between the best options). My Life as an RA. Not so exciting Friday…. On: May 7, 2012. It is what it is. Part of the job. This weekend I stayed at school and decided to go on rounds of the campus with my boss because he was RDOD, (resident director on duty). The campus was swarming with people, but nothing was “happening.”. We went on a chase, only to find out that no one left the building, but that they ran into another room.(which we did not have a clue which room) When we went back up to the apartment, 3 guys were there....

Today will be such an exciting day because we have the RA Banquet and the theme is hollywood. This means I am getting super dressed up today!
