One package butterscotch morsels. 1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts. 4 cups chow mein noodles (I know what you are thinking, but trust me, these cookies are good! Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto the waxed paper, making little "beaver dam" looking creations.

I can't remember where I got this one, but I've been using it for about 12 years. Its always a hit at parties. 1 28 oz. bottle Heinz Ketchup. 1/2 cup Jack Daniels. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp yellow mustard. 1 package of cocktail wieners or cut up hot dogs. So my sister manages to somehow end up with 5 bushels of apples. No, I'm not kidding. 5 bushels. I cant even tell you how many. Turns out though, they LOVED this! 20 McIntosh apples, peeled and cored. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 cup white sugar. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. Butter for greasing pan. 1 1/2 cup quick oats.
