Wednesday, August 1, 2012. July came and went. Boo, the summer is going by way too fast. Fourth of July. We had friends over, BBQed, swam, drank, and somehow missed the fireworks! The State Fair. Donnie and my favorite was some Honey Wheat Summer beer and corn dogs of course. Jackson did his first session of tennis and loved it. He starts another next month. Came home to one of my sessions being on the cover of a local magazine. :). And Colbster on the inside. And Colby's official first word, "Thanks!

Monday, November 24, 2014. We brought henry to the beach for the first time. Henry turned four months old. and in the span of a week, he learned how to blow raspberries and roll over. Henry's first October. and the cutest pumpkin hat you ever did see. The first time i baked with BOTH my boys. Henry just being his usual adorable self. in his favorite spot - mom and dad's bed. Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Right before Christmas, this boy went and turned six months old! He really is such a fun little guy. and good-natured. he went through a little period of separation anxiety this month.but got over it pretty quickly. Henry has his two bottom teeth. sleeps like a baby, unless the sun is up. nurses, seemingly, all day. gives kisses. smiles with his whole face. is a tiny little guy! And is happiest watching finn. And he hates solids. But he will get there! Our little santa baby.

Monday, April 15, 2013. Finn's first egg-dying experience. it was crazy, chaotic and fun. The easter bunny came! Is anyone else obsessed with 'the runaway bunny'? Such a perfect boy-mom book. Monday, October 27, 2014. Well, despite my begging and pleading, this boy went and turned three months old (a month ago). He is happy, smiley, and just all around good. He tolerates tummy time, still isn't fond of wind or bright light (but who is really), and doesn't care for day time naps. He loves long walks, cuddling and eating, but most of all, his heart belongs to his big brother. i am sure that henry believes finn hung the moon. Although we made a few beach trips this summer, daddy hadn't been with us since may. so before the leaves started to fall, we had to make one more trip. and i am so glad we did. Monday, September 16, 2013. We had to get at least one camping trip in this summer! It is our favorite way to vacation, after all. Although ryan had to work on saturday, the sisters and i ventured up to the mountains with finn on friday. i cannot explain how good that mountain air felt. We spent a lot of time chasing that boy. thank goodness for patient, energetic and devoted tantes. And it was DIRTY! But mostly, it was beautiful. It was so magical, the water even sparkled! A former food blogger returns from her self-imposed time out. Wednesday, October 22, 2014. For years we lived in apartments that didn't allow pets. I would watch those Sarah McLachlan commercials and cry (and cry), but there was nothing we could do. But once we decided to move again, I sought out ONLY apartments that would allow us to have a pet, preferably a dog. Nusa Dua – Day 2. February 13, 2015. Thursday was our last full trip day and there were no plans other than to relax! My group had the shopping itch though.
