http://kristenshealthybalance.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
A blog devoted to finding that happy medium! Thursday, June 30, 2011. I took a lot more pictures than this today, but this should give you a good overview of my day:. Found my croissant and banana for breakfast! There's no such thing as straight hair in Europe. Tom's=my new best friend. Let me just say that it's really hot in Nice. The waterfall gave off a nice misty breeze that felt amazing! Naturally, an afternoon gelato break was had. My dad ordered the Pizza Caprese. Of which I had a small slice.

A blog devoted to finding that happy medium! Thursday, June 28, 2012. How's everyone's summer going? I seriously can't believe how fast June is flying by! Last weekend, I had a super fun time in Atlanta for the Norah Jones concert. I kicked off the weekend with a very necessary trip to Dekalb Market. This place is HUGE. I have never seen such an extensive produce section! I got my favorite chia muffins lots of other goodies. An Irish pub in the adorable downtown Decatur. The concert was great. We sat...

I love yogurt, fruit, and nut butter! I ordered half of the Jack ...

A blog devoted to finding that happy medium! Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Hope your week is going wonderfully. So, here's what I ate yesterday:. Nature's Own Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with Sunbutter, sliced banana, cinnamon, and a drizzle of agave nectar. 4 mile run on the treadmill at 7.0 mph 1 mile walk. This was such a good lunch. I mixed a can of Trader Joe's solid white tuna with plain Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard (Do this! I tried to be artistic and get some green in the background. As I mentioned ...
A Healthy Balance: May 2012
http://kristenshealthybalance.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
A blog devoted to finding that happy medium! Saturday, May 26, 2012. Happy Memorial Day weekend, everyone! I'm currently at the lake with the family soaking up some sun! And I rounded out my burger with broccoli salad, roasted mushroom salad, and a farro and vegetable salad. This afternoon's festivities included a boat ride, baking whole wheat chocolate chip cookie bars (recipe to come later), eating watermelon, and a walk with my dad. If you're going to eat a lot, it might as well be veggies right?

WELCOME TO THE FUTURE. He wanted a time machine. She wanted an adventure. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. Sam Foster is a fairly typical modern American teenager who just invented a time machine. He didn't mean to bring back anything from his first trip to the past, but he returned home to 2005 with more than he bargained for: Meg Clayton, a spirited pioneer girl from Oregon. Their lives - and history - will never be the same again. Follow news of the series on LiveJournal and Facebook:. At nine, she fell ...
