Monday, July 13, 2015. After Holly Lake, we headed to Carrollton to spend some more time with my parents. Lex spent the night, then headed back home to work. Kyler sound asleep, snuggling Daddy. A little playtime in the backyard. And our favorite splash pad. We also went to the Perot Museum for the first time.it was amazing! Love to watch them learn how to use their imaginations. Monday, August 03, 2015. American Girl / Houston Trip. We headed to Houston this past Wednesday to spend a few days with my sister's family and my parents. Once school starts it will be harder to make it out there just for a weekend, so we went a few extra days just to hang out. And Kit has not left her side since! Monday, July 27, 2015. At the end of June/beginning of July we drove to Arkansas (11-12 hours) to visit with our friends from Greenville, Ryan and Sara Glenn. The boys were excited to play on the boat, in the lake and see Camden and Emery. Both boys did awesome on the drive and we were able to drive straight through (minus a few stops). We stayed in a quaint/rustic cabin with a great view! We rented a boat with a water slide and we had a great time! Lake Norfolk is so beautiful! Our attempts at tubing.
