Wednesday, August 4, 2010. To celebrate Jeff's big 3-0, we headed to Vegas with some dear friends! Our trip started out bright and early, with Kenny and Heidi picking us up a 4:45AM for our flight. Monday, September 27, 2010. Congrats Erin and Rickey! We had the most amazing weekend celebrating our friends' wedding! Erin is one of my pledge sisters, and by far, the sweetest girl I have ever met. It was a wonderful weekend full of fun, great friends, and lots of love! The weekend started off with their rehearsal dinner at the Hobbit Cafe - it was a fun relaxed night with friends. Me and Brandy, my favorite friend from Arizona. It was so unique and beautiful! Monday, November 30, 2009. Jeff and I were lucky enough to go to the Cowboys game on Thanksgiving! Daddy got us tickets, so we spent the afternoon with him and Val. It was so much fun. Wednesday, November 10, 2010. We are welcoming our first child into this world! I am 14 weeks along, and our due date is May 7th. Everything has been great so far, it's been so hard not to tell everyone about it! Here are just a few of the highlights -. Friday, June 11, 2010. We had such a wonderful Mother's Day in Dallas celebrating my wonderful Momma! We started the weekend off with brunch at the Grand Lux. I adore that place! My parent's neighborhood has ducks! This sweet little pair wanders around the neighborhood and enjoys swimming in peoples pools and dog food. How cute are they? My Daddy, otherwise know as the best chef ever : ), made us this for dinner. Steaks with asparagus, crab meat and amazing seasoned potatos. YUMMY. More on these later :).

We made it through the day, and we've grown as a family from it, but the cries I heard that day from him, and the pain he had to go through gave us a bond that can not be described in words.
