Wednesday, August 6, 2014. For the last month or two, we have been finding poop on our back patio (directly downstairs from Davis' window) and have no idea who is putting it there. Life, Marriage and Motherhood. Thursday, October 11, 2012. A life cut short- and in so many ways. My Aunt Marsha passed away last night at the young age of 59. She was my Mother's one and only sibling. After that, she lived in various nursing homes throughout Missouri where she could be best taken care of. She was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and last night she took her last breath. I will be traveling to the services to honor her life. It's called prioritizing, folks. When you don't have extra time, you make the best of whatcha got. No way in hell is that happening! I am a multitasking hot mess. Life, Marriage and Motherhood. Sunday, June 24, 2012. No good deed goes unpunished. I woke up yesterday and could barely put weight on it- something that is nearly impossible when you have two kids under 3. Ken did his best to allow me to sit with my foot elevated and iced. I'm happy to report that it feels a little better today. For what it's worth, I hope those little quacklings are doing well. In that time Laura somehow managed to capture some great shots. Thanks again, Laura! No milkman involved here. We're ALL Mom and Dad. It's easy to see when we're all together like this. Kristi Callister and Family. Sunday, May 9, 2010. Brady had to work, and Magen. Works nights, so Eric and I offered to take Seth for the day! He loves animals, so we decided if the weather cooperated, we would go to the zoo. Our day started at 6:30 am Brady brought Seth over before he picked up Magen. So, at 7:30 am it was already nap time. When Seth woke up, we picked up Great Grandma Judie and went to Kneaders for brunch! Free French Toast for moms! Less than $8 for all of us to eat, including drinks!
