I've spent a good portion of the past two months in front of my ovens trying to bank as much for vacation as possible. I forget every year how busy April and May can be for cake orders. It wasn't until this Saturday that my busy season ended. Nothing more on the books until August for now. T-minus 5 days and counting.

Kristie's Tri For Cancer. Saturday, January 23, 2010. Training Schedule: Week of January 25th. I didn't learn my lesson last week. My goals are still ambitious. So here's the game plan for next week:. 30 minute run and Body Flow. 1 hour spin class. 25 minute run and Body Pump. 1 hour coached swim. Biking of some sort. The Iowa weather is killing me. I'm itching for it to warm up so I can try out the clip in bike shoes. That I got for Christmas. Until the thaw begins, my steed shall be a stationary bike.

I tried to get pictures of the girls jumping up and down, but when my camera is out they just want to cheese it up instead. We set the Bounce House up for her a few days ago. The girls are really enjoying it, and truthfully, daddy and I are enjoying the extra half an hour or so in the evening because the girls have been so tired!
