I'm going to be at Anime Next. This weekend in Somerset NJ in the artist alley at table 99! This is a last minute addition and I did not expect to be attending Anime Next this year! BUT I'M EXCITED TO! The photo is from Anime Boston, which happened a two weekends ago. It was a record breaking show for me and filled with so much love and warmth from 5 years of AB followers. I had some art up at All Asia. In Cambridge this month (some of it's moving to Roxbury in a few days, but more on that later). Out of the Blue Art Gallery. Asked me if I'd like to do a little art/music show as an opening, so yesterday we had a little art party! It was a lot of fun with drawing papers on every table, sketchbooks everywhere, live music, Amy Macabre. Dressed as Sailor Moon, Michi Chu showed up as a pink zombie, XO the gallery dog was soaking up all the fun. :). Brigitte Bardot, Je T'aime.

I drew at Rogue Burlesque's Film Strip show tonight. It was really awesome. I got 9 drawings done and all were snatched up by performers and audience after the show, but I got some photos! I'm back from Katsucon and have been resting up with a little bit of con plague. We had a fun time down in DC in that gorgeous Gaylord Hotel. The cosplay was some of the best I've seen in over flowing amounts! There were so many pretty lolitas and awesome mascot suits! Here are some commissions from this weekend:.

This past weekend I had appearances in three different states! I did some live drawing at the Boston Circus Guild's Bohemian Bacchanalia the other night and I have to admit that it's REALLY hard to draw circus people. They move really quickly and in positions the average human could only hope to obtain for maybe three seconds. Someone told me the trapeze artists were making the sirlesque guys feel fat! Of MIC.E. and Nuns. I'm going to be at the Mass Indie Comics Expo. Tomorrow in the Porter Exchange building in Cambridge. There will be a ton of wonderful local artist present and it's free to get in! And then and then. On Sunday at 8pm I'll be live drawing at the Revenge of the Robot Battle Nuns show. At Oberon.
