Monday, July 5, 2010. This is the outside of the cabin. View down to the docks and firepit. Landon, Lance, Chris, Ryan, Bre, Makenna, Syd. Makenna and Sydnee. apparently Robert(Makenna's dad) told them they could get on and ride around. well, the mom's weren't so happy about that because the road they were on is the one that the cars drive on. so needless to say, their fun ended pretty quick. Friday, September 14, 2012. Where have you been? Wow It has been just a little while since my last post. It seems facebook is the place to be in the moment and this little blog gets overlooked. I have noticed this with many of my fellow bloggers. the once popular blog gets over looked by fb. Which is fine. But I thought I would post a few updated pictures of what we have been doing since last summer. Brooklyn was baptized shortly after our Nauvoo trip. We are so proud of her! Glimpse of Christmas 2011.

Sunday, December 12, 2010. The Merriest Place on Earth! So we took a family vacation to the "Merriest place on earth"! It was a good trip. we drove there and back but the kids did really well. The weather was like fall in Utah and we did get rain one evening. The crowds were not the least we have ever seen, but definately not the worst either (side note: NEVER go to D-land over UEA weekend! The worst crowds ever! At the entrance ready for some fun! Splash Mountain is a favorite! We heart Minnie Mouse!

Tuesday, April 20, 2010. The next day we went back and walked all over the place and rode the trolley cars, drove up and down those crazy steep streets and Lombard street was a hit with the kids. We just had fun. We were exhausted and had to get up at 3 am to head back home. Getting ready for Wicked! Almost time to go in! Me and BK. (not sure what's up with the peace sign). Tuesday, July 19, 2011. For our big vacation this year we decided to have a ROAD TRIP! And I mean ROAD TRIP! 3500 miles, 9 days and 9 states total! It was so much fun. Tiresome at times, some frustrating moments. but overall such a fantastic time! We went with Shaun's dad, his 2 sisters and their families. It can be a test of patience sometimes to take such a big trip with extended family, but I think we got along really well for being together 9 days straight. The kids had a great time! Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Here's a few photos of our time spent there. Between games one day we drove up to Cedar Breaks. what a beautiful view! It was a bit chilly up there. In fact Shaun and I both ended up having to buy sweatshirts at Walmart because we forgot our jackets. This is the Opening Ceremonies where the athletes get to walk in just like the real Olympics. You can see Sydnee in the front middle and Breanna is way in the back wearing a purple headband. Dad and BK watching the ceremonies.
