We had our Hewlett family activity Friday before Christmas and went to the SLC Temple for a Sealing Session. It was really awesome! We truly are so grateful and blessed beyond measure! This Past weekend Kathryn and I threw our Friend Caitlin a little bachelorette party before she gets Married and moves all the way to Australia! Yes, I'm very sad about this. We LOVE having our get togethers and have loved it for 15 years:) We really just did things that are special to us and things we did as kids. Plus we threw in gifts Caitlin will need once she is married of course! They are the BEST! Love them to pieces:).

We discovered that our basement was flooding and that the problem was coming from a pipe from the outside. Jason decided to fix the problem on his own. Busy, busy, busy. Life really has been so crazy the last few months, but it's also been incredibly fulfilling for me. School is almost done. Like, until forever. As we say in Indonesia, ALHAMDULILAH! Trampling in Indonesia . Back Home. Wednesday, December 25, 2013. Grateful This Christmas Season. It's Christmas today, and there are many things to be grateful for. It's the celebration of Christ's birth, I don't have to teach for 10 days, I don't have any Master's homework for 2 weeks, there's a tiny break in basketball that gives me a few days to literally do WHATEVER I WANT! My extended family is loud and so much fun. It's definitely a fun time of year. But this year there is even more.

This year, we got to take Kristin's family to Oahu, HI! It was so fun! We got to snorkel with sea turtles, octopus, and lots of other neat fish. We were there during whale season and got to see some spectacular breeches. We went to a luau, and enjoyed the beautiful beaches. The pipeline was perfect for some competitions, so we went and watched some of the surfing. Erik and Steve tried to surf, too. Gosh, I miss it, already! We have a little girl on the way!
